Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
Regional Delivery Times:
- South Africa (domestic): 5-7 business days
- United States: 7-12 business days
- Canada: 10-15 business days
- Europe: 12-18 business days
- Rest of World: 15-25 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes Pawverra is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages Pawverra is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items.
International Shipping We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties determined by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
